Community Experiences
Working alongside collaborators and partners, Academy Of Transcendence also hosts channelled astral journeys with higher-dimensional beings, embodied dance parties, energetic activations and light language transmissions. Every workshop, course and event is designed to empower individuals on their spiritual journey.
2019
Introduction To Self-Healing was the very first Academy Of Transcendence workshop, developed out of Kevin's own path through depression and a search for practical tools for healing and self-development. What began as personal research became the foundation for a series of workshops.
Designed as a pilot, the workshop unpacked topics like emotional intelligence, nervous system regulation, inner child trauma and shadow work, with theory supplemented by practices including pranayama, chakra balancing and meditation. Run as a small, donation-based group of six, it was an early, experimental container that would go on to shape future cohorts.
In collaboration with Kali Rising, Academy Of Transcendence hosted SHADOW, a two-hour Kundalini dance workshop exploring the shadow self. Drawing on Carl Jung's concept of the shadow, the parts of personality we repress or reject, the workshop took an unconventional approach to shadow work, using expressive dance as the medium rather than traditional introspection.
Held at Studio Blueprint in Surry Hills, the event was facilitated by Kundalini dance guide Liv Scully, with Kevin Tran, aka DJ Spiritual Healing, providing the soundscape. Attendees were invited into a safe, judgement-free space for movement and release, encouraged to let go of goals or comparison and allow the body to move, shifting from mental to somatic awareness.
2020
Following its debut, Introduction To Self-Healing returned as a more structured eight-part workshop series exploring spiritual concepts, philosophies and practices. The refined series covered topics spanning meditation, self-awareness, emotional intelligence, psychology and energy healing, with a focus on practical techniques that could be integrated into daily life.
Designed for curious city dwellers, the workshops took place after working hours and were supported by an online community where participants could connect and share throughout the course.
2021
After a year in India, Kevin was inspired to open an inner-city ashram in the heart of Sydney to share yogic concepts and practices.
The vision was to create a safe space for learning, sharing, connection and community, hosting classes in yoga asana, pranayama and meditation. It would also be a space for other practitioners to share their specialised modalities, hosting collaborative events like live music, conscious dance and immersive weekend retreats.
To introduce the space, Kevin held an opening ceremony featuring breathwork exercises, a release ritual and manifestation visualisation.
Just weeks after the ashram's grand opening, Sydney's second lockdown hit, forcing every scheduled class, workshop and retreat to be cancelled.
Kevin pivoted, moving everything online. With the help of Zoom, Academy Of Transcendence was able to host a variety of workshops virtually and share recordings with people from all over the world.
Workshop topics included pranayama, energy work, emotional resilience, Ascension philosophy and men's and women's circles.
2022
Hosted in Wollongong, Ascension Portal Party was a one-day retreat for connection, healing and energy activation. The event created a safe space to connect with like-minded people, learn practical energy tools and receive healing activations from the Higher Realms.
The day began with guided breathwork and visualisation for grounding and balance, followed by a group meet-and-greet. After a short talk on Ascension, attendees were led through a Column of Ascension meditation working with the Angelic Realms. The retreat concluded with an ecstatic dance session to clear blocks, shake off residue and make space for energetic upgrades that support awakening, healing and expansion.
Partnering with Georgia, Academy Of Transcendence hosted Embodied Dance, a movement-based event exploring manifestation through an intentional journey of movement, music and breath. The event centred on the idea that embodiment is the practice of becoming, in full form, who you've been dreaming of, connecting body, mind and spirit to bring deeper desires into reality.
Kevin and Georgia led a curated back-to-back DJ set, guiding participants through a full sensory experience designed to release suppressed emotion, shift into a higher vibration, and connect with both light and shadow without judgement. Held at The Wellness Centre in Wollongong, the event created a safe, expressive container for participants to move freely and connect with a like-minded community.
As a follow-up to the Lion's Gate Activation workshop, Academy Of Transcendence teamed up again with Jane Atrivecra for a half-day energy clearing, healing and activation event hosted at The Authentic Living Centre in Darlinghurst. The workshop worked with the 9/9 portal energies, inviting reflection on which life cycles were reaching natural completion, and how to prepare mentally, emotionally and energetically for the transformation ahead.
The afternoon combined an Ascension talk with a range of interactive practices, including chanting, breathwork, embodiment exercises and guided visualisation to activate the fifteen-chakra Column of Ascension, closing with a group Reiki session for energetic harmonisation.
Following a chance connection at an earlier workshop in Wollongong, Academy Of Transcendence was invited by Will of Balinese Spice Magic to facilitate Embodied Dance sessions at the Happy Nest stage during the Kangaroo Valley Folk Festival. Tucked under a fairy-lit Nordic teepee, Happy Nest served as a space for meditation, yoga and immersive experience throughout the festival weekend.
Kevin DJed the sunset slot across both Friday and Saturday nights, guiding festival guests through an immersive sound, movement and meditation experience under the open sky.
Academy Of Transcendence collaborated with Simon Yuen and Jane Atrivecra for Presence & Flow, a five-hour workshop exploring the union of divine masculine and feminine energies. The session opened with a mushroom tea ceremony to support mind-body-spirit connection, followed by an immersive breathwork and energy healing journey led by Simon and Jane, using tuning forks and Reiki to clear blockages at a cellular level.
Jane then guided intuitive exercises in intention-setting and divination, strengthening participants' connection to their intuition and Higher Self. The workshop closed with Kevin DJing an ecstatic dance and movement meditation, helping participants embody four divine expressions of masculine and feminine energy, supported throughout by reflection and sharing circles for integration.
2023
The insights from Introduction To Self-Healing evolved into the flagship program at Academy Of Transcendence. Self-Mastery Circle is a three-month live, small-group inner work immersion, teaching Kevin's signature framework, the 8 Pillars of Inner Work, a structured approach to transforming emotional activation into self-knowledge, energetic coherence and embodied wisdom. Refined over six cohorts, the curriculum treats triggers not as flaws but as information pointing toward deeper healing, moving participants from illuminating a pattern to anchoring a new way of being.
Core topics covered include ego work, emotional intelligence, healthy boundaries, shadow work, emotional embodiment, inner child work and reparenting.
The program positions itself as education, not therapy, teaching practical frameworks and holding space for participants to do their own honest inner work.
New Earth Portal is Academy Of Transcendence's membership community, connecting people on the spiritual path to share information, ideas and resources for navigating a rapidly shifting world. The community features monthly talks spanning the energetics of Ascension, the shift from 3D to 5D consciousness, Starseeds and Lightworkers, galactic history and extra-dimensional beings, ancient civilisations including Atlantis and Lemuria, and the development of intuition and psychic ability.
New Earth Portal serves as an online hub for live group meditations and an archive of past recordings, offering a consistent, supportive space to connect, learn and grow in community.
2024
For this milestone cosmic event, Academy Of Transcendence joined forces with Brian Zakrzewski and Elizabeth Tran to host a guided meditation featuring channelled messages and frequency healing.
Brian connected with Christos, the Christ Light Dragon, for a deep purification ritual, called on Archangel Haniel to open the heart, and worked with the Pleiadians to clear disruptive energies from the portal. The experience closed with Elizabeth's divine oracle song and light language transmission.
Academy Of Transcendence partnered again with Brian Zakrzewski for an Astral Mission to help lost souls complete their transition into the Light. The event was inspired by a request from Kevin's recently deceased father, who communicated that many souls, including himself, encountered emotional challenges during their life review process that prevented them from crossing over. An open call was sent out, inviting others to join a group meditation and help hold space for a mass crossing of lost souls.
At the event, Kevin led a sacred space, intention setting and emotional alchemy ritual, while Brian guided a channelled astral journey and soul transition ceremony, supported by the Archangels Michael, Gabriel, Haniel and Jophiel. Together, the group helped stuck souls release dense emotional attachments and mental loops, clearing the density of the astral realms to allow safe passage back into the Light.
